Transition Year Goals
The goals and aims of Transition Year vary from school to school and from student to student. We have highlighted some of the key TY goals and provided resources that may help you to achieve your own goals. This list is not definitive, it aims to stimulate your thoughts and ideas about what you will undertake during Transition Year.
Transition Year Diary

CPR 4 Schools Programme
The Irish Heart Foundation would like to introduce you to a new CPR 4 Schools initiative planned for 2009, which aims to train 29,000 Transition Year students in the lifesaving skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)..
