Transition Year

Welcome to Transition Year @ skoool.ie!

As you embark on this interesting, challenging and diverse year, skoool.ie has compiled some information and resources we hope you will find useful as you strive to meet your personal transition year goals.

We will be updating this section often, so remember to bookmark it and return to it regularly throughout the coming year.

Check out the Transition Year Dairies  from students Laura and Niamh.

Transition Year Goals

The goals and aims of Transition Year vary from school to school and from student to student. We have highlighted some of the key TY goals and provided resources that may help you to achieve your own goals. This list is not definitive, it aims to stimulate your thoughts and ideas about what you will undertake during Transition Year.

Transition Year Diary

Every few weeks skoool.ie will publish the transition year activities of two students, Laura and Niamh. Both students will share their experiences and tips on their TY year.
