Q. » Ive decided I donít want to accept the offer I got for my second choice. If I reject my offer would I still be offered my first choice, should the points came down in the second round? Thank you for your help
A. » It is not necessary to accept an offer in order to be considered for a higher preference if it becomes available later.
There is no guarantee, of course, that a higher preference will become available.
